Orders and delivery

Shipping policy — when we pack, how long metro and regional deliveries take, what postage costs, and what to do if a parcel does not arrive.

If something is not right

Returns — 30 days from delivery, unused, original packaging. How to start a return and when a refund shows up.

Warranty — 2-year cover on manufacturing faults, plus your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Paying and the shop

Payments — cards and wallets through Stripe. GST is already in the price.

Contact — send a message with your order number if you have one. We reply on a business day.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the item and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. That helps us sort it with the carrier.
