Warranty

Most products sold on sscominc.au carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against faults in materials or workmanship under normal home use. That sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page takes those rights away.

What is covered

Faults in materials or workmanship that show up under normal use. Items that do not match the description or photos on the product page. Parts that fail early because they were made badly, not because they were worn out.

What is not covered

Wear and tear. Accidents, drops, water damage you caused, or use outside what the product is for. Repairs or changes someone else made. Missing accessories after the 30-day returns window, unless they were never in the box. Consumable bits that are meant to wear (filters, blades that dull with use, and similar).

How to make a claim

Keep the order email. Take clear photos of the fault. Then contact us with the order number and a short note about what happened. We may ask you to send the item back so the maker can look at it. If the claim is accepted we will repair, replace, or refund, depending on the fault and what the law requires.
